With 25 years of experience as owner of a General Contracting business, Chris Dery joined The RPM Groups (our sister company). He oversees the installing on the Insulation team. It was always his passion to start an Indigenous company, and in 2022 the discussion began on how Chris and RPM could take their collective experience and services and help the Indigenous communities in our area. RPM Indigenous was established with Chris as the majority owner.

Chris said “I want to find a way to serve and make a difference with the people of my community and surrounding areas. I want to give back”. The new company RPM Indigenous Group was created with this as their primary mission.

“I work with an amazing team that has helped establish RPMIG as a service provider in Professional Engineering / infrastructure as well as supplier of construction materials (GFRP rebar) and equipment that reduces our carbon footprint and improve our water quality”.

WORKING ON BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS with our surrounding communities and growing connections.

Partnering with the Native Alliance of Quebec is just one way Chris and the team hope to make a difference in our community. This is an active way to hear the needs and the developments of other communities and engage.

RPM IG actively looks for ways to work with communities through agencies, fundraisers, and friendship centers. The Team knows that the Indigenous youth is key in seeing economic and cultural empowerment.
